Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will safely perform a variety of duties including receiving, loading, unloading, pallet building, and ongoing quality checks for PBV products and materials.

The role requires forklift competence, basic math and strong attention to detail, with opportunities to operate automation systems and multiple forms of warehouse equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV equipment.
• At least 6 months forklift experience preferred.
• Good math, reading, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently performs a variety of warehouse duties to support customers and meet goals.
• Verify accuracy and quality of received and shipped products.
• Maintain records (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets) for tasks per SOPs.
• Operate automation systems and voice/paper pick systems to ensure correct loads and inventory.
• Identify and troubleshoot machine faults and perform basic maintenance on automation systems.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, wrappers) and perform safety checks.
• Conduct janitorial tasks to maintain a clean workspace.
• Assist with yard switching and staging of trailers when needed.
• Adhere to GMP and food safety guidelines.
