Job summary

Ro is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Torrance, California facility. You will handle picking, packing, and shipping of patient orders, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and maintain accurate inventory in a fast-paced environment. This full-time on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm.

You will ensure safety, quality, and productivity while keeping work areas clean and organized. Collaboration with teammates and adherence to SOPs are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping inventory.
• Package and ship patient orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with SOPs.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Receive and inspect inbound inventory and ensure accurate stocking of materials.
• Perform regular inventory cycle counts and assist in reconciliation processes.
• Monitor supply levels and report low stock to leads or management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across all warehouse areas.
• Collaborate with warehouse team to meet shipping deadlines and maintain safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
