Ro is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Torrance, California facility. This full-time role involves picking, packing, and shipping orders, operating forklifts, and maintaining accurate inventory in a fast-paced environment.

You will support inbound and outbound logistics, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily deadlines. The position is on-site with standard daytime hours. Ro offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping inventory
• Package and ship patient orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with company SOPs
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Receive and inspect inbound inventory and ensure accurate stocking of materials
• Perform regular inventory cycle counts and assist in reconciliation processes
• Monitor supply levels during daily operations and report low stock to team leads or management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across all warehouse areas
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to complete daily tasks and meet shipping deadlines
• Follow established workflows and operational protocols to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members to ensure a smooth and coordinated workflow
• Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leads

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our Torrance facility. You will be responsible for picking and packing items for shipment, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, maintaining organized inventory, and supporting inbound and outbound logistics. You will help ensure accuracy in inventory counts and work to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. We are looking for a Warehouse Associate with full-time availability, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm. This position is located on-site in Torrance, California.

The hourly rate for new hires in this position ranges from $20 to $23, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.

Ro recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work anywhere in the United States. For our Ro’ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those outside of the tri-state area, you will be able to join in-person collaborations throughout the year (i.e., during team on-sites).
