Job summary

Ro is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Boynton Beach, FL to support daily warehouse activities and ensure accurate inventory and timely shipping. This full‑time, on‑site role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm, at our Boynton Beach facility. You will operate forklifts, assist with inbound/outbound logistics, and help maintain a clean, safe environment.

We value attention to detail, teamwork, safety, and reliable performance. Forklift experience is required, and lifting up to 50 lbs is expected daily.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods, bend at waist and knee, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping inventory.
• Package and ship patient orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with SOPs.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Receive and inspect inbound inventory and ensure accurate stocking of materials.
• Perform regular inventory cycle counts and assist in reconciliation processes.
• Monitor supply levels during daily operations and report low stock to team leads or management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across all warehouse areas.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to complete daily tasks and meet shipping deadlines.
• Follow established workflows and safety/productivity standards.
• Communicate clearly with team members for coordinated workflow.
• Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors.
