Ro is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Torrance, California facility. This full-time role involves picking, packing, and shipping orders, operating forklifts, and maintaining accurate inventory in a fast-paced environment.

You will support inbound and outbound logistics, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily deadlines. The position is on-site with standard daytime hours. Ro offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping inventory
• Package and ship patient orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with company SOPs
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Receive and inspect inbound inventory and ensure accurate stocking of materials
• Perform regular inventory cycle counts and assist in reconciliation processes
• Monitor supply levels during daily operations and report low stock to team leads or management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across all warehouse areas
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to complete daily tasks and meet shipping deadlines
• Follow established workflows and operational protocols to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members to ensure a smooth and coordinated workflow
• Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leads
