Job summary

Ro is seeking a Warehouse Associate for its Boynton Beach, FL site to support daily warehouse activities, pick/pack orders, and operate forklifts. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, execute cycle counts, and ensure safety and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping inventory.
• Package and ship patient orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with SOPs.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Receive and inspect inbound inventory and ensure accurate stocking of materials.
• Perform regular inventory cycle counts and assist in reconciliation processes.
• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to leads or management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across warehouse areas.
• Collaborate with warehouse team to meet shipping deadlines.
• Follow workflows and safety/quality/productivity standards.
• Communicate clearly with teammates to ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned.
