Job summary

Ro is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Torrance, California facility to support daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, maintain inventory accuracy, and foster a clean, safe work environment. This full-time role requires attention to detail, safety, teamwork, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to follow safety protocols and keep a clean workspace.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Forklift experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping inventory.
• Package and ship patient orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with SOPs.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Receive and inspect inbound inventory and ensure accurate stocking of materials.
• Perform regular inventory cycle counts and assist in reconciliation processes.
• Monitor supply levels during daily operations and report low stock to team leads.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across all warehouse areas.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to complete daily tasks and meet shipping deadlines.
• Follow established workflows and safety protocols to ensure quality and productivity.
• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
