Qualifications

• Forklift Operator certification.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments.
• Proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiar with industry-specific software applications.
• Proficient in Spanish or another secondary language.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety.
• Safety audits and training sessions.
• Adaptable to changing environments and challenges.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) and math for inventory counts.
• Effective time management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders and shipments; log and store materials according to standards.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks; ensure correct product handling and documentation.
• Maintain organized warehouse and yard; uphold safety and operational excellence.
• Manage inventory by distributing materials, rotate stock, and report discrepancies or damaged products.
• Collaborate with team to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
