Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support warehouse maintenance, shipping/receiving, and product storage, with forklift experience a plus.

The role requires adherence to safety policies, accurate order preparation, inventory control, and strong teamwork. Candidates must lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and wear protective gear and boots.

Starting wage is hourly and additional benefits may apply, with overtime possible based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience or more preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; show initiative and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health and safety compliance per company policy.
• Prepare orders by pulling materials and staging for pickup or delivery; load/unload trucks as needed.
• Maintain inventory controls and organize bin locations; ensure accuracy and customer service standards.
