Job summary

Border States in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations. You will receive freight, check for damages, and stock locations, while filling customer orders and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of warehouse experience, forklift operation, and familiarity with SAP. Emphasis on safety, organization, and customer service is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience preferred.
• Forklift operation and knowledge of electrical products/systems is preferred.
• PC working knowledge for Windows, internet, and SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming freight and checks the material for damages or shortages.
• Distributes material to the proper stock locations.
• Fills special orders and/or backorders as material is received.
• Follows-up with appropriate departments, carriers, and/or vendors on receiving discrepancies, damages, and shortages.
• Checks and packs material to be delivered.
• Maintains shipping equipment and keeps work area clean and safe.
