Acara Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join our client on a Temp to Hire opportunity located in Tolleson AZ

• Day Shift: $21/hour
• Temp-to-Hire opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, and pull products for shipment
• Support shipping and receiving functions
• Maintain inventory accuracy using warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Handle and organize materials safely
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely production support
• Operate forklifts and other equipment (certification preferred)
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy materials

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing setting

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Proficient in warehouse management systems
• Able to lift heavy loads and work in a physically active environment
• Must bring steel-toe or composite safety shoes
