Job Title: Fulfillment Lead
Job Type: Full-Time

Overview:
We're hiring a Fulfillment Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise team members, and ensure inventory and order accuracy. Ideal candidates have prior warehouse and leadership experience, are safety-focused, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and warehouse staff

• Monitor productivity and inventory levels

• Train new and existing team members

• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and equipment standards

• Ensure accurate order processing and documentation

• Coordinate with other departments

• Report to Warehouse or Branch Operations Manager

Requirements:

• Prior warehouse and lead/supervisory experience

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods

• Forklift/powered equipment certification (or ability to obtain)

• Basic computer skills

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Consistent, reliable attendance
