Job summary

FWG Solutions in Florida (Panama City Beach area) seeks an experienced Inventory Specialist to manage receiving, storing, labeling, and packing of materials for the LCAC 100 Program. You will track materials by platform, job, work order, and task, while maintaining strict inventory accuracy.

Onsite work five days per week with occasional extra hours. The role supports kitting, reporting, and configuration control for repairs and modifications, and emphasizes accountability and teamwork across

Qualifications

• Five to seven (5-7) years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience and deep knowledge base in inventory control, barcoding/database tracking.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory and supply.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Receiving, storing, segregating, issuing, labeling and packing all materials
• In charge of all tracking of materials by platform, job, work order, and task requirement
• Supports inventory accuracy
• Kitting for maintenance/AIT jobs
• Material issuing and material status reporting
• In charge of configuration control for all repair and modification tasks
• Prepare any relevant reporting to proper chain of command
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and mission focus across the team
• Other duties as related to the business functions of FWG Solutions, as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• High School Degree Required

Licenses & Certifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance
• Forklift preferred

Experience

• Five to seven (5-7) years of experience in a similar position
• Experience and deep knowledge base in inventory control, barcoding/database tracking
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory and supply

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments as required
• Ability to hold yourself and others accountable on short-term and long-term goals
