Job summary

Tradewind Flight Services is seeking a qualified, full-time Warehousing Specialist to support operations at U.S. Army Logistics Readiness Center in Natick, MA. The role emphasizes administrative tasks and material handling in a government environment.

The ideal candidate will have DoD/military installation experience, MHE certification, and the ability to obtain base access credentials. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Natick, MA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in administrative, logistics, or warehouse environments.
• Current MHE operator certification for forklifts up to 36K cargo capacity.
• GCSS-A transactions (T-CODEs) experience.
• Prior DoD or military installation experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain base access credentials and security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative clerical functions, including document preparation, correspondence management, filing, records maintenance, and data entry in government systems.
• Operate a variety of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial equipment in accordance with applicable safety standards and technical procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and logs for all materials received, stored, issued, and transferred; prepare and submit required reports.
• Interface with government customers, military personnel, and base operations staff professionally and in accordance with contract requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager, or designated government representative.

The ideal candidate is dependable with strong organizational skills, administrative expertise, and demonstrated experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in a government or military environment. This is a full-time, on-site position.

• Must be physically capable of performing manual labor tasks associated with material handling, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
