Tradewind Flight Services is seeking a qualified, full-time Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support operations at the U.S. Army Logistics Readiness Center in Natick, MA.

The role requires handling admin tasks and material movement in a government setting, with safety compliant MHE operation. The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, optionally an associate degree, and experience with MHE and government systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in administrative/logistics or warehouse environments.
• MHE operation certification for forklifts/pallet jacks up to 36K capacity.
• GCSS-A experience including T-CODEs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and workloads for administrative and warehouse staff to meet mission requirements.
• Perform clerical functions: documents, correspondence, filing, data entry in government systems.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Manage receiving, inspection, storage and distribution of supplies and materials for military operations.
• Maintain inventory records and prepare required reports.
