Reporting To

Production Supervisor

Your Role and Responsibilities

1. Ensure warehousing operations including packing, storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatching are executed safely, timely, and efficiently.
2. Ensure parts, tools, and materials are available for associates at the start of each shift.
3. Maintain complete and accurate data in the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.
4. Visually check the quality of incoming goods for storage.
5. Confirm products are assembled and packaged according to specifications.
6. Participate in regular inventory control processes.
7. Coordinate orders and collaborate with planners.
8. Maintain professional work behavior, including approachability, patience, and mutual respect.
9. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for the Role

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Forklift certification
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to perform push and pull functions
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with ERP systems
• Work authorization permitting employment with ABB in the US
