About the role

• We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Specialist to support the daily operations of our Custom Inserts department. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling, storage, and distribution of goods. The Specialist will ensure that safety, productivity, and quality standards are consistently met.

Entry Level Pay: $20.00 per hour

Custom Inserts Job Responsibilities(include but are not limited to):

• Select and pick shoes for each custom insert order and stage them for shipping.
• Assemble all order components for shipment, including custom inserts, shoes, and any additional customer-ordered items.
• Perform visual and physical quality checks on inserts to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver completed shoes and insert orders to the designated shipping area.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in electronic systems to support efficient tracking and recordkeeping.
• Scan foam box images daily to facilitate timely order processing and minimize delays; ensure proper maintenance and storage of foam boxes for future use and disposal.
• Contribute to meeting and maintaining high levels of on-time fulfillment performance.
• Generate and apply patient name labels to shoeboxes as needed, ensuring correct spelling and accurate order matching.
• Perform general warehouse duties and assist in other areas as needed to support overall operations.

• Cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
• Productivity tools including Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
