Job summary

CastleWorks is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support daily warehouse operations across California. You will manage inventory, stock, and order fulfillment to keep field teams supplied with materials and parts. Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, stocking, picking, labeling, and coordinating with purchasing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, or construction industry preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing parts and materials is a plus.
• Comfortable using inventory tracking systems and basic computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active warehouse role.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Must possess a valid California Driver's License pursuant to company policy.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming plumbing materials and equipment.
• Pick and stage materials for plumbing jobs based on work orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular cycle counts.
• Communicate with purchasing and service teams to replenish stock and fulfill job requirements.
• Organize warehouse shelves and ensure proper labeling of parts and supplies.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
• Perform general warehouse maintenance and uphold safety standards.
• Report damaged or missing items and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Assist with loading/unloading of trucks and transfers between job sites.
• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle to pick up parts from vendors and deliver parts to job sites as needed.
