Veteranair in Florida is hiring Warehouse Specialists to join our team. You will receive, organize, and maintain inventory to support daily field and service operations, ensuring accuracy and timely movement of materials.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or material handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and maintain inventory to support daily field and service operations.
• Track, analyze, and report on warehouse stock levels and part availability.
• Ensure accurate and timely movement of materials, equipment, and tools throughout the facility.
• Support technicians by preparing orders, staging materials, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment.
• Utilize internal systems for documentation, tracking, and reporting.
• Partner with the Warehouse Manager and leadership team to improve processes and support operational goals.
• Deliver a strong customer service mindset when interacting with internal teams.
