Job summary

Al Coronado Plumbing is seeking a warehouse/inventory professional to manage materials for service and installation teams in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, efficient material staging, and coordination with technicians to minimize delays.

With 2+ years in warehouse/inventory roles and familiarity with inventory software (ServiceTitan preferred), you will help ensure reliable material availability and cost-effective purchasing in a local, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of warehouse and inventory management experience.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience using computer-based inventory management systems.
• ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with vendor pricing analysis and purchasing preferred.
• Military inventory management experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for more than 1,200 plumbing SKUs using ServiceTitan or designated software.
• Perform cycle counts and quarterly inventories to ensure accuracy.
• Organize warehouse inventory with proper bin locations and labeling.
• Review daily job schedules and pull materials for upcoming service and installation jobs.
• Stage materials so field technicians can load efficiently each morning.
• Coordinate with office staff and field technicians to ensure materials are available.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Your New Role

• Work from our 10,000-square-foot warehouse in Tucson, Arizona
• Maintain accurate inventory records for more than 1,200 plumbing SKUs using ServiceTitan or our designated inventory software
• Perform cycle counts and quarterly inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies quickly and accurately
• Organize warehouse inventory, maintain stock levels, and ensure proper bin locations and labeling
• Review daily job schedules and pull materials for upcoming service and installation jobs
• Stage materials so field technicians can load efficiently each morning
• Coordinate with office staff and field technicians to ensure materials are accurate and available
• Compare vendor pricing to help secure competitive costs on inventory purchases
• Receive incoming shipments, verify purchase orders, and resolve receiving discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Track, inspect, and maintain company tools and equipment used by field technicians
• Coordinate repairs or replacements for damaged equipment as needed
• Communicate inventory shortages, backorders, and supply issues proactively to avoid job delays
• Accurately document inventory movement and warehouse transactions using computer-based inventory management systems

Job requirements

• Minimum two years of warehouse and inventory management experience
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience using computer-based inventory management systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the workday
• Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with office staff and field technicians
• ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred
• Experience working in a plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or other skilled trades warehouse preferred
• Familiarity with plumbing materials, fittings, fixtures, and related inventory preferred
• Experience with vendor pricing analysis and purchasing preferred
• Military inventory management experience is highly valued
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, cycle counting, shipping, receiving, purchasing, material handling, and warehouse organization is a plus
