Job summary

Al Coronado Plumbing in Tucson, AZ is seeking an organized Warehouse Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate records for 1,200+ SKUs and support field operations. The role is based in our 10,000-square-foot Tucson warehouse, with counts, receiving, and coordination with staff and technicians to ensure timely material availability.

You will perform cycle counts, audits, and pricing analysis to secure competitive costs, while maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of warehouse/inventory management experience.
• Experience with computer-based inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay on feet during the shift.

Your New Role

• Work from our 10,000-square-foot warehouse in Tucson, Arizona
• Maintain accurate inventory records for more than 1,200 plumbing SKUs using ServiceTitan or our designated inventory software
• Perform cycle counts and quarterly inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies quickly and accurately
• Organize warehouse inventory, maintain stock levels, and ensure proper bin locations and labeling
• Review daily job schedules and pull materials for upcoming service and installation jobs
• Stage materials so field technicians can load efficiently each morning
• Coordinate with office staff and field technicians to ensure materials are accurate and available
• Compare vendor pricing to help secure competitive costs on inventory purchases
• Receive incoming shipments, verify purchase orders, and resolve receiving discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Track, inspect, and maintain company tools and equipment used by field technicians
• Coordinate repairs or replacements for damaged equipment as needed
• Communicate inventory shortages, backorders, and supply issues proactively to avoid job delays
• Accurately document inventory movement and warehouse transactions using computer-based inventory management systems

• Minimum two years of warehouse and inventory management experience
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience using computer-based inventory management systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the workday
• Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with office staff and field technicians
• ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred
• Experience working in a plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or other skilled trades warehouse preferred
• Familiarity with plumbing materials, fittings, fixtures, and related inventory preferred
• Experience with vendor pricing analysis and purchasing preferred
• Military inventory management experience is highly valued
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, cycle counting, shipping, receiving, purchasing, material handling, and warehouse organization is a plus
