Job Responsibilities

1. Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments of raw materials and chemical products.
2. Safely store materials using appropriate containment, labeling, and segregation per chemical compatibility standards.
3. Accurately pick, stage, and load outbound shipments according to shipping instructions and transport regulations (including DOT and HAZMAT requirements).
4. Maintain accurate inventory records using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP software.
5. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
6. Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage of hazardous materials (HAZMAT) in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company policies.
7. Conduct routine safety inspections and participate in incident reporting, spill response, and emergency preparedness drills.
8. Collaborate with the Quality and EHS teams to ensure all warehouse activities meet compliance and audit standards.
9. Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities.
10. Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 1+ years of warehouse / material handling experience
• Warehousing experience
• Strong attention to detail
