Our warehouse teammates move product through our DCs quickly and safely, ensuring orders are filled and loaded for deliveries.

• Training rate: $20.00, post-training starting rate: $ 24.15 per hour.


• Production incentives for meeting and exceeding metrics.


• The ability to be flexible with your schedule is preferred. Availability on Sundays is required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Build customer orders by selecting cases manually using scan technology.


• Move product between the loading dock and warehouse.


• Shrink-wrap and accurately label selected orders.


• Work in multiple areas of the warehouse including dry, refrigerated, perishables, and freezer locations.


• When working in the freezer, McLane provides freezer suits, hats, and gloves.


• Clean spacious warehouse.


• Flexible, 4-day weekly schedule starting at 8am or 9am - be home with your family every night.


• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 18 years of age.


• Prior selection experience with operating a reach truck, electric pallet jack, and forklift for one year.

Candidates may be subject to a background check and drug screen in accordance with applicable laws.
