Job Summary

This role involves administering and operating the organization's warehouses, including processing, destruction, and storage of physical assets. Responsibilities include:

  1. Accounting for all assets in the stores facilities;
  2. Auditing goods received into the warehouse;
  3. Overseeing receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of assets;
  4. Preparing and coordinating schedules for shipping and receiving materials;
  5. Controlling the flow of goods and optimizing warehouse space;
  6. Ensuring operational procedures, space utilization, and the maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment are effective.
