Description

American Furniture Rental (AFR) is looking for a Warehouse Specialist at our Antioch, TN location.

Responsibilities

• Unload/load trucks using an RF scanning device.
• Compare paperwork to NAV inventory system.
• Ensure all inventory has been scanned according to order paperwork.
• Post all collections and deliveries.
• Confirm all paperwork and pickups via Logistics Dashboard.
• Touch up and reclassify merchandise in the warehouse using appropriate product protection.
• Lift, carry, and place products into and out of racks.
• Inspect merchandise for damage or breakage prior to shipment or storage.
• Record merchandise discrepancies and report to management.
• Complete inventory preparation for warehouse stock.
• Stage merchandise for shipment as needed.
• Fill customer orders according to Pick Tickets, complete paperwork, and prepare shipments.
• Scan all orders and print pre-shipment paperwork.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and hand trucks following safety guidelines.
• Maintain a neat and orderly workplace.
• Sweep up and dispose of debris regularly.
• Follow safety procedures and report dangerous conditions immediately.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
