About the Role

We are seeking an entry level AND experienced WMS Implementation Specialist AND Manager to contribute AND lead the successful deployment of a proprietary next-generation warehouse control and execution system, across existing customer facilities. In this role, you"ll work alongside customer teams to plan, execute, and support each site deployment. You"ll be trained on the WMS platform and rollout methodology and begin by participating in team-based implementations before transitioning to independently managed site conversions. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role ideal for professionals with strong project execution skills and a background in warehouse systems, operations, or software implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor site-specific deployment schedules, adjusting timelines and communicating updates to stakeholders
• Evaluate warehouse workflows and anticipate operational impacts of LinOS system changes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, software engineering, product, cloud engineering, and support teams

Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $40.00 to $60.00 per hour.
