Warehouse Systems Analyst – Operations & Technology – Direct Hire

**Do you have experience supporting warehouse systems, inventory management software, WMS platforms, or operational applications within a distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment?

**Looking for an opportunity to combine your systems knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and operational expertise to support a fast-paced distribution operation?

**This role supports warehouse operations by resolving software and system-related issues, assisting end users, troubleshooting inventory and transaction-related concerns, and helping ensure daily operational continuity within a fast-paced distribution environment

NOTE: This is a fully onsite position and second shift. Must be local to the Louisville, KY area

• $35-$42/hour (DOE), bonus potential, 401(k), PTO, comprehensive benefits
• Serve as the primary support resource for warehouse systems, operational software, and end-user support
• Work closely with warehouse leadership, inventory teams, operations personnel, and technical support groups to maintain operational efficiency and system performance

The Position

• Serve as the primary support resource for warehouse management systems, inventory platforms, and operational software applications
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, transaction failures, workflow issues, and system-related operational exceptions
• Support end users, provide training, develop documentation, and assist with software testing, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives
• Act as the liaison between warehouse operations, technical support teams, and third-party vendors to maintain operational continuity
