Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Implementation Specialist to deploy Warehouse Management Software across our distributor network. You will work closely with IT development and support teams to ensure successful adoption of IT solutions throughout the company.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in project management, business analysis, or software implementation, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in project management, business analysis, data analysis, training and development, or software/product implementation.
• Proven ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to be onsite 5 days a week.
• Comfortable with frequent travel to client sites across the country.

Insight Global is seeking an Implementation Specialist for one of our largest distributors to help deploy Warehouse Management Software across their nationwide locations. This individual will work closely with the IT development and support groups to ensure successful adoption of IT solutions throughout the company. The ideal candidate brings a strong work ethic and a desire to learn, contributing meaningfully to our fast-paced, collaborative team. This role requires the individual to be 5 days a week onsite and to travel to various sites throughout the U.S.
