Job summary

Belcan Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Software Implementation Specialist to lead and support deployments of a proprietary warehouse control and execution system across customer facilities. The role involves planning, executing, and supporting site-wide rollouts with training and continuous improvement.

This remote role requires strong project execution skills, experience in warehouse systems, and the ability to travel up to 50% for on-site deployment work across the US.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or managing software or system implementations, preferably in a warehouse or supply chain environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, agile setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organized, self-directed, and able to see complex initiatives through to completion.
• Willing and able to travel approximately 50% (e.g., 2 weeks per month) for on-site deployment work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor deployment schedules across sites.
• Evaluate warehouse workflows and impact of LinOS system changes.
• Collaborate with operations, software engineering, product, cloud engineering, and support teams.
• Participate in pre-deployment site evaluations, go-live readiness, cut-over execution, and hypercare.
• Follow documented best practices to ensure high-quality rollouts.
