C&S Wholesale Services, LLC is seeking a Site Slotting Specialist to maximize warehouse efficiency through strategic item placement and data-driven analysis. You will review opportunities weekly and drive improvement projects across the facility, with a focus on safety and productivity.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel/Access and WMS systems. Expect a 1st shift in a US-based facility, with occasional night visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred MHE Certification (Pallet jack & Selector experience).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Access experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WICS, EXE, Triceps, etc.).
• Has thorough warehouse systems knowledge.
• Has general working knowledge of all departments.
• Is a self-motivated critical thinker.
• Has the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet multiple, sometimes changing goals.

Responsabilités

• Manage unslotted, inbound items daily.
• Serve as Site SME for slotting in the DC.
• Maintain product quality and OSHA/GMP compliance.
• Balance efficiencies across receiving, shipping, etc.
• Collaborate with Site Leadership to drive productivity and safety.
• Generate and execute product location planning and forecasting.
• Monitor discrepancies between systems and reality in reports.
• Liaison between DC and procurement for product dimensional issues.
