Job summary

C&S Wholesale Services, LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to maximize production efficiency, manage item placement, and ensure accurate warehouse data. You will work with Site and Slotting Leadership to improve capacity and maintain safety standards.

Role involves coordinating with DC and procurement, operating required equipment, and following established putaway rules. Travel is not required; 2nd shift availability noted.

Qualifications

• MS Word, Excel, Access, SQL and WMS systems knowledge required.
• Ability to quickly learn warehouse operations and operate MHE.
• Strong math, reading, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage adding unslotted new items into the warehouse footprint considering dimensions, feedback from operators, GMP/OSHA practices, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Site and Slotting Leadership to improve capacity, reduce damage, and enhance team performance with safety in mind.
• Ensure consistency between systemic (WMS) and physical warehouse environment including labels, slot sizes, and putaway rules.
• Serve as liaison between DC and procurement/MDM to ensure accurate product information.
• Other duties as assigned.
