US Foods in La Mirada, CA is seeking a Sr Coordinator, Slotting to optimize warehouse product placement using Manhattan software. You will slot items, coordinate with Inventory Control, and support daily replenishment and audits to improve efficiency.

Qualifications include a minimum of three years in warehouse admin or clerical work, strong communication, math and organizational skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. This is an on-site full-time role.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum three years of warehouse admin/clerical experience with slotting experience preferred.
Strong communication, math, analytical and organizational skills; attention to detail.

Responsabilités

Use Manhattan software to slot products in all warehouse areas to optimize safety and efficiency.
Monitor slot checks and respond to inquiries about item placement; communicate with stakeholders.
Collaborate with Inventory Control to reconcile damaged products and adjust replenishment priorities.
Perform audits (aisle, rack labels, TI/HI, pallet put-aways) and report status to warehouse leadership.
Assist in training junior clerical teammates and handle other duties as assigned.
