Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Site Trainer (Lead Coordinator, Learning, Development and Delivery) for a distribution center location. You will partner with site leadership and the corporate L&D team to meet training needs, maintain records, and drive continual improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years business experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AIMS, and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary training contact for employees at the site for training requests, questions, and issues.
• Prepares for new hire classes including securing classroom space, materials, and communicating first day expectations.
• Delivers learning programs using current materials and technology.
• Identifies program gaps and communicates feedback to leadership and home office partners.
• Runs and analyzes reports to identify training needs and opportunities.
• Tracks new employee metrics and coordinates with site leadership to ensure readiness standards are met.
• Drives adoption of new learning platforms and training technology.
• Acts as a subject matter expert to improve training materials.
• Assists in development and ongoing training of associates at all levels; onsite and offsite.
• Monitors trainer performance and provides feedback.
• Completes professional development activities and training certifications.
