Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Site Trainer (Lead Coordinator, Learning, Development and Delivery) based in a Cardinal Health distribution center in Boylston, MA. You will report to the site leader and work with the training coordinator and corporate L&D to fulfill site training needs.

You will maintain training records, evaluate for escalation, and drive adoption of new learning platforms and training technology, while developing and coaching associates at all levels.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience delivering training or learning programs.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and locations.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary training contact for site training requests and issues.
• Prepares for new hire classes, securing space and communicating first-day expectations.
• Delivers learning programs using current materials and technology.
• Identifies gaps and communicates opportunities to leadership and partners.
• Runs and analyzes reports to identify training needs and opportunities.
• Tracks new employee metrics and ensures readiness standards are met.
• Supports adoption of new learning platforms and training technology.
• Assists in development and improvement of training materials.
• Supports ongoing training for associates at all levels.
• Monitors trainer performance and provides feedback.
• Completes professional development to expand skillset.
