Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in supervisory/leadership roles in an industrial setting.
• Proven track record in delivering high levels of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse staff; strong interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carrier representatives and manage site operations with safety/efficiency as priorities.
• Oversee daily deposits, logs, and transmission to corporate; audit labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily; resolve issues and enforce Capstone policies and SOPs.
