Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Saint Cloud, MN. The role leads day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring safety, productivity, and brand standards while supporting the Site’s growth.

This position reports to Capstone and offers a path toward site ownership as growth opportunities are emphasized. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of supervisory experience in distribution/logistics, strong customer service skills, and the ability to train and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory / leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven experience in providing high levels of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carrier representatives.
• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Create daily logs and balance deposits; transmit to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports; ensure customer needs are met.
• Document and resolve customer service issues daily.
• Ensure associates follow Capstone policies and safety rules.
• Hold weekly safety meetings with associate participation.
• Assist in managing site and departmental budget.
• Schedule associate shifts based on customer requirements.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Oversee daily data entry and payroll records per procedures.
