Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Jonesville, SC on 2nd shift (5pm - finish, Sunday-Thursday). The role focuses on safety, productivity, and leadership across a distribution site with a competitive salary and bonus potential.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of supervisory experience in warehousing or distribution, strong customer service, and solid budgeting and reporting skills; opportunity to advance within Capstone's expanding operations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven customer service experience with internal and external customers.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills; ability to multitask.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing budgets; read and interpret P&L statements; prepare management reports.
• Intermediate PC skills; proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with common carrier representatives.
• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate; balance daily bank deposits.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports; ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Document and resolve customer service or associate issues daily.
• Ensure adherence to Capstone policies and safety rules; conduct weekly safety meetings.
• Assist in managing Site and Departmental budgets; schedule shifts.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
