Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Hernando, MS, on 2nd shift (1:30 pm start) to oversee daily site operations with a focus on safety and efficiency. The role reports to leadership and involves managing 5 days of work across a 6-day site, coaching staff, and ensuring top-tier customer service.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of supervisory experience in distribution/transportation, and possess strong budgeting, reporting, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven ability to provide high levels of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills; multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with common carrier representatives.
• Operate site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Maintain daily bank deposits and daily work logs; report to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports; ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Document and resolve customer service or associate issues daily.
