Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Lexington, SC to lead day-to-day warehouse operations on 1st shift. You will drive safety and productivity, coach staff, and ensure accurate data entry and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of supervisory experience in distribution/transportation, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage budgets and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organization and prioritization skills; multi-tasking capability.
• Experience with budgets; read and interpret P&L statements; prepare management reports.
• Intermediate PC skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with common carrier representatives.
• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Write and balance daily bank deposits.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Document and resolve customer service or associate issues daily.
• Hold weekly safety meetings with associate participation.
• Assist in managing site and departmental budgets.
• Schedule shifts based on customer requirements; interview, hire and train new associates.
• Supervise data entry for services performed; complete daily closeout including payroll data.
