Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team and help run a distribution site. You will manage day-to-day activities with associates, focus on safety and productivity, and train new hires.

This training opportunity aims to prepare you to run your own site as Capstone grows. With 2–5 years of supervisory experience in distribution or transportation, you will negotiate with carriers, balance daily logs and deposits, and ensure customer service remains a top priority while upholding

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven customer service experience with internal and external customers.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Experience reading P&L and managing budgets.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carrier representatives.
• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Schedule shifts and hire/train new associates.
• Supervise data entry and end-of-day closeout.
• Oversee budgeting for site and department.
