Job summary

Capstone Logistics is seeking a motivated Site Manager for our Manassas, VA location. You will lead the warehouse team, manage daily operations, and ensure safety and efficiency while meeting customer needs.

The role requires at least 3 years of progressive leadership in distribution/transportation, with strong budgeting, scheduling, and training capabilities. Competitive compensation, bonus potential, and benefits after a probation period are offered.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Proven track record supervising warehouse employees including Hiring, Training, and Termination.
• Proven experience in providing high levels of customer service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Write and balance daily bank deposits.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate Audit of daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met on a daily basis.
• Document and resolve any customer service or associate issues daily.
• Ensure all associates follow policies and work rules including safety rules.
• Hold weekly safety meetings and ensure associate participation.
• Assist in managing Site and Departmental budget.
• Schedule associate shifts based on customer requirements.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Supervise timely and accurate data entry for all services performed.
• Complete daily closeout, including cash balancing, data upload, and payroll record administration.
