Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Site Manager in Saint George, UT. The role oversees daily warehouse operations, prioritizes safety and efficiency, and manages a team of associates.

You will handle scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring service levels meet client expectations. This position requires 3 years of management experience in warehousing or distribution, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility to work early shifts including some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of increasing management responsibility in distribution/transportation.
• Flexibility with shift start times, days, weekends and holidays.
• BS/BA degree or Associate degree with equivalent experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Proven supervision experience including hiring, training, and termination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations with safety and efficiency as top priorities.
• Communicate with associates about service levels, accountability, pay, and performance.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports; ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Resolve customer service or associate issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure adherence to Capstone policies and safety rules; conduct weekly safety meetings.
• Assist in managing site and department budgets.
• Schedule shifts based on customer requirements and staffing.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Supervise data entry accuracy for all services performed.
• Complete daily closeout, cash balancing, data uploads, and payroll records.
