Freight Breakers is seeking a Site Manager in Jacksonville, FL to lead the day-to-day warehouse operation. You will oversee 15–25 associates, set clear expectations, and ensure productivity, quality, safety, and attendance align with Freight Breakers standards and customer expectations.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ year of management experience.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Experience managing multiple shifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation and manage a team of 15–25 associates.
• Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable.
• Ensure all work meets Freight Breakers and customer standards.
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety, attendance, and payroll.
• Coach and develop supervisors, leads, and associates.
• Maintain strong communication with the customer and Freight Breakers leadership.
• Address performance issues quickly and professionally.
• Ensure all company and customer policies are followed.
• Conduct and track safety audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and overall operations.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and safe work environment.
