Freight Breakers is seeking a Site Manager in Jacksonville, FL to lead the day-to-day warehouse operation. You will oversee 15–25 associates, set clear expectations, and ensure productivity, quality, safety, and attendance align with Freight Breakers standards and customer expectations.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ year of management experience.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Experience managing multiple shifts is a plus.

The Site Manager is responsible for making sure our operation consistently meetsFreight Breakers standards and our customer’s expectationsfor productivity, quality, safety, attendance, and overall performance.

What You’ll Do
