Job summary

Freight Breakers LLC in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Warehouse Supervisor / Lead to oversee unloading operations for furniture shipments. You will manage 10–15 employees, keep production on pace to hit daily goals, monitor trailers, and enforce safety policies in a hot, physically demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams or heavy labor environments.
• Ability to work in hot trailers and physically demanding conditions.
• Capability to lift and maneuver up to 150 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate teams of 10–15 employees.
• Keep teams on pace to meet daily site production goals.
• Monitor trailer progress and address production issues.
• Track attendance and trailer times for hourly staff.
• Communicate shift updates and production information to management.
• Conduct weekly safety topics and safety observations.
• Enforce safe unloading procedures and company policies.
• Address unsafe behavior and hold employees accountable.
• De-escalate conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist with unloading when operational needs require it.
