Job summary

Penmac Staffing is seeking a Site Lead (Warehouse Supervisor) to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. This hands-on leadership role requires coordinating teams, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring safe, efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams and daily operations.
• Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven ability to monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational performance.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Background check willingness required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations and supervise on-site staff.
• Conduct team meetings, assign priorities, and communicate expectations.
• Monitor productivity and track key performance metrics.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Coordinate workflow between warehouse staff, drivers, and customers.
