Connect Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor / Lead to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on leadership, be comfortable guiding a team, and operate a forklift regularly.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands-on involvement in daily warehouse tasks, with compensation in the $21–$24 per hour range and a Monday–Friday schedule. Training and policy adherence are important for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse lead or supervisor experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required.
• Must be comfortable operating a forklift regularly.
• Ability to work full shifts in a hot warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Help oversee daily warehouse operations and workflow
• Lead and assist warehouse employees with daily assignments
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
• Monitor inventory and help maintain an organized work environment
• Ensure warehouse tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
• Assist with training and directing warehouse employees
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies
• Work hands-on alongside the warehouse team as needed
