Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous Lead or Team Lead experience.
• Experience in a warehouse, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or production environment.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to business needs.
• Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with productivity and reporting systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed to support operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily department operations and help ensure established procedures are followed.
• Assist with monitoring productivity, quality metrics, KPIs, and employee timecard exceptions.
• Support supervisors and provide backup leadership coverage when needed.
• Work closely with operational departments to maintain efficient workflow and communication.
• Help plan, coordinate, and participate in warehouse activities.
• Provide direction, coaching, and support to warehouse associates.
• Promote a positive, productive, and safety-focused work environment.
• Assist with training new employees on procedures and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Pay: $26.00 - $30.50 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time Available Shifts:

• Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:30 PM
• Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-12:00 AM
• Thursday-Sunday, 6:30 AM-5:30 PM
• Thursday-Sunday, 6:30 PM-5:30 AM
