They will also Provide direct interaction with all team members involved in shipping orders, provide assistance and guidance to employees on issues related to the shipping department. Managing the end of the day cleaning duties. Shipping Supervisor is responsible for coaching employees. Good coaching involves working with employees to establish suitable goals, action plans and timelines. The supervisor delegates and also provides ongoing guidance and support to the employee as they complete their action plans. Responsible to ensure that employees follow the organization's policies and procedures. Additionally, the position will require the operations of a stock chaser to move throughout the warehouse.
