S&S Activewear is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Supervisor for the Reading, PA facility. The role supports the Shipping Department Manager and Operations Manager with coaching and daily leadership for the team during the 2pm–11:30pm shift.

The supervisor will guide order processing, monitor performance, enforce SOPs, and resolve issues to meet shipping cut-offs. A strong background in team leadership and warehouse operations is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities are essential.

They will also Provide direct interaction with all team members involved in shipping orders, provide assistance and guidance to employees on issues related to the shipping department. Managing the end of the day cleaning duties. Shipping Supervisor is responsible for coaching employees. Good coaching involves working with employees to establish suitable goals, action plans and time lines. The supervisor delegates and also provides ongoing guidance and support to the employee as they complete their action plans. Responsible to ensure that employees follow the organization's policies and procedures.
